Poncey Highland

Located in the area of Ponce de Leon Avenue and North Highland Avenue is Virginia-Highland’s more eclectic neighbor, Poncey-Highland. Sandwiched between Va-Hi and Inman Park, Poncey-Highland residents are a short walk to the clubs, hangouts and alternative shops of Little Five Points. They also enjoy the natural beauty and open spaces of Atlanta’s Eastside BeltLine Trail and Freedom Park, which run through the heart of the neighborhood. Proximity to both Little Five Points and Freedom Park means there is no “typical” Poncey resident. The neighborhood happily draws young and old, families and singles, artists and professionals to its safe, pedestrian-friendly streets. With such an unconventional mix, it’s no wonder that the shops, restaurants and other local hangouts have their own individual identities too. Historic houses peacefully
coexist with new construction family homes and condominiums in this hip little district just two miles from midtown Atlanta.
